EventVixens.com ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketplace that facilitates connections between independent contractors offering professional services ("Vixens") and clients seeking such services ("Clients"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EventVixens.com website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
"Account" means your user profile and account on the Platform, including all associated data and settings.
"Vixen" means an independent contractor who offers professional services through the Platform, including but not limited to event assistance, social engagement, professional companionship, and specialized experiences.
"Client" means a user who books services from Vixens through the Platform.
The following services are absolutely prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent Account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement.
All Bookings must occur in public spaces or official business locations such as hotels, restaurants, event venues, corporate offices, and conference centers. Private home interactions are strongly discouraged and occur entirely at the risk of the parties involved.
The Platform assumes no responsibility for safety, conduct, or outcomes of private meetings arranged outside public venues.
The Platform serves solely as a marketplace to facilitate connections. The Platform does not:
All financial arrangements between Vixens and Clients are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. The Platform does not collect, hold, or distribute payments between users. Users are responsible for negotiating compensation, arranging payment methods, and resolving payment disputes independently.
The Platform is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or safety of Vixens or Clients. By using the Platform, you assume all risks associated with meeting and interacting with other users. The Platform's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem inappropriate. Termination may result in forfeiture of any funds in your Account.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. You waive the right to participate in any class action against the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
